NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE
HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins Friday, August 16, 2013 at 12:01 am PST and ends Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 12 Noon PST. There are two ways to enter:
1) ONLINE Like the Medium Troy Page on Facebook then complete the online entry form.
OR
2) MAIL Send a hand printed 3½” x 5½” postcard with your name, address and telephone number to Medium Troy 730 E. Cypress Ave. Monrovia, CA 91016. Entry must be received not later than 12 Noon August 22, 2013. Interesting fact – we have never received a hand printed postcard in all of the sweepstakes we have held.
There is a limit of one entry per person regardless of the method of entry. The Sponsor/ Administrator is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access Web sites, damage to a user’s computer system (hardware and software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or any other problem or error that may occur including but not limited to late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, or illegible entries. All entries become the property of Medium Troy and will not be returned. Purchase does not increase chances of winning.
PRIZES:
- One (1) Grand Prize of 1 VIP Kaleidoscope Music Festival 3 Day Pass with Camping Pass;
- One (1) 2nd Prize of a Kaleidoscope Music Festival 3 Day Pass; and
- One (1) 3rd Prize of a Kaleidoscope Music Festival 1 Day Pass
will be awarded. No substitution permitted except by the Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize substitution will be of equal function or value. Taxes, customs and import duties are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.

JUDGING: One Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about Thursday, August 22 at 12 Noon from among all eligible online and mail entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from both methods of entry. If, in the sponsors opinion, there is any suspected or evidence of actual tampering or technological corruption of the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes, Medium Troy reserves the right to void any suspect entries. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person and to seek other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Winner will be notified by mail or telephone or e-mail. Limit of one prize per person. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within 1 day of issuance of notification or prize may be forfeited and another winner selected. By accepting prize, winner consent to the use of their names or likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes in any print, online or other media without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Winners agree that Medium Troy and its respective agencies accept no liability or responsibility for damages, losses, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of this prize.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of any country not currently on a United States embargo list, 18 years of age or older. Void wherever prohibited by law. Winners outside the United States shall be responsible for obtaining entry visas to the United States, if required, and for all travel and living expenses to attend the event. Not eligible are employees and their immediate families of Medium Troy and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies. Sweepstakes subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information contained on the entry form will be used by Medium troy to communicate by email with the sweepstakes entrants. Medium troy will not disclose the information to third parties. Medium Troy respects your email privacy.
